GROUP CLASSES (TERM BASED)

This is to provide an affordable rate for anyone looking to try Yoga, beginners or seasoned practitioners are welcomed. Our classes are small and intimate so we can concentrate on YOU.

BASIC

March: Every Wednesday 8.15pm

(Registration for April Term Class Open!)

(Limited Slots)
Dates: 5/4; 12/4; 19/4; 26/4

Understand and focus on alignment of fundamental asanas. A Hatha Yoga approach in combining breathwork, physical body and mind. 

Great for beginners or first timers. Seasoned practitioners may discover new insights!

POWER

March: Every Wednesday 7pm

(Registration for April Term Class Open!)

(Limited Slots)

Dates: 5/4; 12/4; 19/4; 26/4

Working towards a peak pose in a Hatha Vinyasa sequence. A workshop style approach where we end the class off with a little play time to explore. Be in for a surprise as the peak pose can be an arm balance or an inversion. 

At least six months of constant yoga practice is recommended.

RECHARGE

Recharge is our version of Yin Yang Yoga.

 

Yin Yoga is a slower practice where poses are passively held for longer, working on the deep, dense (Yin) connective tissues and joints in the body. Yang Yoga, in contrast, refers to a more active practice working on the (Yang) muscles and blood flow, building strength, stamina and flexibility. In Yin Yang Yoga, we practice a mix of active movements and passive stretches.

 

Driven to work towards a well balanced practice to feel recharge after the class!

Great for beginners and seasoned practitioners.

STRETCH

Our version of Yin Yoga, with a slower practice where we hold 3-5mins in poses, not limiting to passive poses only. Helps to reduce stress, increase blood circulation, improve joint mobility and flexibility. 


Great for beginners, athletes, homemakers, office executives, or anyone looking to slow down their practice.

FLOW

A Hatha Vinyasa style class which synchronises the breath with a series of asanas. Building up the sequence to work on the entire body and mind. Aims to leave you feeling strong, balanced, focused and energised in your body and calm, centred and at peace in your mind.


At least six months of constant yoga practice is recommended.
