We keep to a weekly practice at an affordable price. Same Day, Same Time, Same Place.
This helps to set aside time for yourself and also build up a practice!

Working towards a peak pose in a Hatha Vinyasa sequence. A workshop style approach where we end the class off with a little play time to explore. Be in for a surprise as the peak pose can be an arm balance or an inversion.
At least six months of constant yoga practice is recommended.

STRETCH
Every Monday 4.30pm

Our version of Yin Practice, where we enter a slower practice and hold 3-5mins in poses, possibly an active or passive pose.
Helps to reduce stress, increase blood circulation, improve joint mobility, flexibility and improve sleep.
Great for beginners, athletes, homemakers, office executives, or anyone looking to slow down their practice.

FLOW
A Hatha Vinyasa style class which synchronises the breath with a series of asanas. Building up the sequence to work on the entire body and mind. Aims to leave you feeling strong, balanced, focused and energised in your body and calm, centred and at peace in your mind.

STRENGTH & STRETCH

This class offers a perfect blend of flexibility and strength. Starting with active poses and movements to build stamina and work the muscles, it then transitions into holding passive poses to deepen the connection between tissues and joints, improving flexibility throughout the body.
A well-balanced practice to feel recharged after the class!

Prenatal Group Class
Every Thursday 7pm​
During these prenatal group classes, we provide a comprehensive approach to expectant mothers through themed classes each week. We offer guided breathwork techniques for relaxation and promote connection with your body and baby. Additionally, we emphasize maintaining health and mobility throughout pregnancy. All in all, our sessions aim to equip you with basic knowledge and provide a supportive guide to navigate pregnancy and childbirth confidently, ensuring a holistic and empowering experience for expectant mothers. ​
