Kim loves a dynamic vinyasa flow and an introspective yin practice (yes, the opposite ends of the spectrum) equally, and often incorporates functional range conditioning (FRC) techniques in her classes.

She believes yoga is not about getting into the most complex variation of a pose or conforming the body to a definitive shape. It's about connecting with the breath, doing what feels good in the moment, and listening to the body, mind & soul.
