Service Description

A Hatha Vinyasa style class which synchronises the breath with a series of asanas. Building up the sequence to work on the entire body and mind. Aims to leave you feeling strong, balanced, focused and energised in your body and calm, centred and at peace in your mind. At least six months of constant yoga practice is recommended. Sweat Level: 5/5
