General Disclaimer

• The Every Studio reserves the right in absolute discretion to refuse your participating in our activities and/or using our facilities at any point.

• The Every Studio reserves the right to make changes to our class schedule without prior notice. 

• You are required to keep track of your package details on your own by logging in to your account.

• Your attendance/sign-in records will only be kept for 3 months. 

• Please check your class records regularly and inform us immediately if there are any discrepancies. 

• We regret that any discrepancy which occurs more than 3 months from the date, will not be entertained.

• The Every Studio may photograph or video classes or events occurring at the studio and then place these photographs on its websites and relevant social media. 

• The Every Studio and our teaching staff are not responsible for any damages, injuries or other medical problems that might occur from your participation in our classes.

Terms of Term Group Class

​

All sales and packages are strictly non-refundable, non-transferrable, non-shareable once the class is confirmed to happen. 

 

We will contact you by Whatsapp within 24 hours once you input your details on our registration form. 

​

Term Group Classes are meant to help to create a habit and to make the class more fun and affordable for new/seasoned practitioners. Therefore, if there is not enough sign ups, it is subject to The Every Studio on whether we will cancel the class or will proceed with the class.

We may offer you: 

1) an alternative class timing OR 

2) provide a refund 

It is subject to whether you want to proceed and your confirmation by whatsapp has to be done within 24 hours when we approach you.

Confirmation is only done when payment is made and we have contacted you on whatsapp/text that we have received your payment. We will follow up with you on whether the class is happening at least 48 hours before the first class.

Terms of Studio Space Rental

 

All sales and packages are strictly non-refundable, non-transferrable, non-shareable. 

 

We will contact you by Whatsapp within 24 hours once you place a preliminary confirmation of your booking on our website.

 

A space rental agreement will be sent to you. We will require your details (Full Name, IC number, Contact Number & Email Address). Please sign the agreement within 24 hours after receiving it.

 

The final confirmation of the booking is when the agreement is signed (digital sign is good) and emailed/whatsapp back to The Every Studio. 

 

Space rental is strictly for use by the studio space rentee and students/participants. It is the responsibility of the rentee and his/her students/participants to keep the studio space safe, clean and tidy. 

 

Terms of Group Class Package

 

First Time 3 Classes Trial Pack (for Term Based Group Class Only)​

• Strictly for First Timer to The Every Studio only. 

• Strictly not extendable, not refundable, not transferable, and not shareable. 

• Valid for 2 months from the first class.

• Option to join any available group class.

• Booking to be made at least 2 hours in advance.

• Cancellation of attendance within 12 hours will be considered as 1 class done.

Extension of Class Packs

• Only allowed for medical reasons. Documentary Proof is required. 

• Package extension can only be done twice and total extension period is capped at 6 months.​           (12 months for pregnancy)
